What we process and why
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, optional company and phone, email address, selected area of interest and message so we can respond and prepare requested information or a proposal. Form security measures may temporarily use technical data such as IP address to limit automated or repeated requests.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, depending on the enquiry. We do not use the information for automated decision-making or marketing messages.
Recipients, retention and your rights
Messages are delivered through hosting and SMTP/email providers required to operate the site and deliver the message. The site does not store enquiries in its own database. Email correspondence is retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and related business or legal obligations.
You may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object where applicable. Contact info@infomotor.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
Transfers outside the European Economic Area may depend on the selected hosting or email providers. The specific providers and applicable transfer safeguards must be confirmed before production launch.
